An existing house in the Crestview neighborhood needed renovation and an addition. We removed an old, leaky enclosed patio and added a new master suite. The existing bathroom and kitchen were remodeled, and we added a breakfast nook, dining room and media room. The total net addition to the home was about 900 sq ft.
