We fully rehabbed an existing structure to transform into a green building rated office space. Scope included reskinning the exterior with metal siding and new lighting, windows and flooring.
This project was a commercial remodel and completion of tenant “make good” to return the space back to its original state.
We remodeled this existing retail/commercial space on the square in Georgetown.
